Reimagining a structure into something immersive always comes with its own set of creative and technical challenges, and that’s exactly what made this project special.
For The Lawrence School, Lovedale, Pixadoo delivered a large-scale projection mapping experience paired with custom-built visual content designed specifically for the architecture of the space. The goal was not just to project visuals onto a surface, but to transform the structure into an immersive storytelling canvas.
Using architectural projection mapping, motion graphics, and immersive event visuals, the experience reshaped how the audience viewed and connected with the environment. Every visual element was carefully designed to interact with the form, depth, and details of the structure, creating a seamless blend of content and architecture.
From concept development to projection mapping execution, the project combined creative direction, visual storytelling, and live event technology to deliver an experience that moved beyond the physical space itself.
